The meatballs will arrive frozen. We use insulation and dry ice to keep everything cold during shipping. 

We offer 2 day shipping to ensure that everything stays cold.

Because the meatballs need to remain frozen, orders will only be shipped out Monday-Thursday. If an order is placed on a Friday-Sunday, it will not be shipped out until the following Monday to ensure the shipping doesn’t take longer than 2 days. 

Since the meatballs are fully cooked, simply defrost and reheat in your hot soup or boiling water. It’s as simple as that!

Pick up is available in Castle Rock, Colorado. We will be in contact should you choose to pick up. 

You will get roughly 1 lb of meat in every pack. Because every pack is handcrafted, weight may vary slightly. 

We pride ourselves on using no preservatives and simple ingredients so that you can feel good about the food you are eating! 

With one pack of meatballs, you can typically eat it with 4-6 bowls of pho.
